Memes are comparable to genes, in that, genes are the smallest instruction for the design of your physical body. Memes are the smallest instruction for the design of your intellectual body... your mind.
Memes are what you think with.
In school you were given contents, concepts and information to think about. They assumed you were thinking with what everybody else was thinking with: Standard Human Intelligence Thoughtware.
You could already think before you went to school or they would not have let you in.
Where did you get your memes to think with? From your parents.
Where did your parents get their memes? From their parents.
You are using memes that have been passed on from generation to generation for thousands of years. You may be using very outdated thoughtware.

Our strategy is to weave critical connections between communities of practice to create a field of influence for the emergence of next culture: Archiarchy.
In addition to delivering WorkTalks, Workshops, Expand The Box trainings, Possibility Labs, Possibility Teams, Gameworld Consulting, and writing or translating or distributing books for Thoughtware Press, the agents of General Memetics are recently working in New Zealand, Costa Rica, Brazil, Estonia, Portugal, Mallorca, Switzerland, Poland, Mexico, USA, and Germany, in conferences, festivals, Ecovillages and intentional communities delivering thoughtware upgrades and context-clarification processes.
These are scary, profound, whole group processes, precisely navigated using dangerous questions, the Frying Pan, and Wisdom Counsel of Torus Technology to bring hidden conflicting purposes into the light of day. This is not about proving things right or wrong, good or bad, but rather applies the raw force of Possibility to catalyze new awarenesses. It is a precious and awesomely productive experience.

Possibility Management has proposed the Regenerate Earth Goals (REGs) for the 'Zero Draft' of the U.N.'s 'Pact for the Future' to be ratified at the 'Summit For the Future', 22–23 September 2024.
In response to the request from the United Nations in December 2023 for written proposals that contain concise, concrete, and action-oriented recommendations for creating a bright future for humanity on Earth, one of the proposals from Possibility Mangement is to instigate 3000 Archiarchy Invention Centers around the world. AICs are independent yet interlinked Torus Technology 'Tansley Effect' gameworlds run by youth (especially Archiarchal Women...) tasked with inventing and inhabiting regenerative nonmaterial Archan infraststructure within a short deadline.
